The new year is almost here and it isn't too early to start thinking about the usual New Year's Resolution to get in shape. Hachette Books has a blog tour that will run from January 18-25 for fitness guru Denise Austin's new book. There will be book giveaways, reviews, and interviews at various blogs during this time.
